Description:The Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Security and Emergency Services team in Fort Worth, TX has an opening for a Security Representative (Level 2) supporting the 5th Generation Integration (5GI) Program Security Team. This position will report directly to the 5GI Program Security Manager.

• Develop, administer, and audit security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export-controlled data
• Develop and execute security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies
• Perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for classified programs
• Work closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seek security rulings or deviations
• Prepare implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials
• Develop and conduct security education plans/programs, classes, materials, and events
• Coordinate clearance actions and customer visits and provide support for classified meetings
• Required reporting (Adverse information, Foreign Travel, Change in Status, etc.)
• Some travel may be required
A Security Representative (Level 2) Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position may be in a facility that requires special access
• Current Secret clearance
• Good working knowledge of the DoD Directive 5205.07
• Minimum 2 years industrial security
• Knowledge in Personnel Security, DD254 Administration, and/or Security Education & Training
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors Degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
• Highly organized with advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A background in physical security for classified areas, knowledgeable of ICD 705 and a working knowledge of alarms and access control systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
