Possesses extensive knowledge and experience in property book management, supply system processes, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Administers the facility property management program at the Project Manager work Site.
- Reviews policies regarding property records and determines applicability.
- Assigns property to primary users using automated property hand receipts.
- Reviews operations to anticipate needs and maintain appropriate levels of supplies and equipment necessary at the PM work site.
- Ensures accurate and timely maintenance of all accountable property records.
- Maintains records for all leased, loaned, and borrowed equipment.
- Serves as Key and Lock Custodian for the Project Manager Office.
- Primary point of contact and responsible for identifying requirements for the procurement, receipt, issue, and accountability of all keys assigned to the Project Manager Office site.
- Provides technical advice and guidance to members of the PMO concerning the proper handling, issuance, and storage of all keys, key lockers, and authorized locking devices.
Qualifications
- Seven (7) or nine (9) without an associate’s degree years of U.S. Army Property and Supply Accountability experience at Battalion or above.
- Experience with Access/Key Controls Regulations.
- Forklift Operator.
- Ability to obtain a Government Purchase Card.
- Ability to obtain an Akima Purchase Card.
- Must be able to lift objects to up to 70lbs.
- Be able to operate under minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid drivers license.
- US Citizen with ability to pass thorough background check and pre-employment drug testing.
Desired Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of military experience in supply and property operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
