Quality MRB Coordinator - 2nd shift
Title: Quality MRB Coordinator
Reports to: Quality Supervisor
Location: Mentor
Shift: 2nd, (2p - 10p)
Requirements:
- Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity.
- Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving.
- Have strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently.
- Able to work flexible hours.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year dimensional, visual or NDT inspection experience. Dimensional or visual experience preferred.
Responsibility: The Quality Control Technician will assist in the development of quality systems with the customer and manufacturing organization to assure delivery of quality castings.
Specific Duties:
- Assist Quality Engineer in the review of customer drawings, specifications, etc., to customer quality requirements.
- Perform audits to monitor product quality.
- Write Quality Engineering Instructions and implement quality systems.
- Auditing shipments by visually auditing castings and auditing paperwork.
- Assist in the preparation of paperwork for shipments.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Assist in processing and accounting of non-conformance, scrap, and customer return material.
- Assist in manufacturing operations as needed.
- Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
