The Chief Inspector is responsible for overseeing all inspection activities to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and internal quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining airworthiness and safety across all serviced aircraft.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform aircraft maintenance, repairs and inspections to aircraft, engines, and components for our Part 145 repair station
- Have an understanding of the procedures for the repair station, the use of the forms, tags and the required paperwork as outlined in Premier's repair station manuals and FAA manuals
- Logbook, AD, SB research
- Have the minimum required tools to perform the mechanic duties
- Research maintenance task instruction guidance and parts required in manufacturer's maintenance manuals to perform the required tasks
- Identification or tagging of all aircraft components when removed from an aircraft undergoing maintenance or modification
- Protecting aircraft exteriors and interior prior to work commencement
- Ability to travel to and from other locations to conduct aircraft maintenance as needed, example AOG

- Perform duties as assigned by Crew Leader or Supervisor
- Determine work performed under repair station is within the RSQCM standards
- Manage and revise inspection checklists
