RFPC Operator 1

Job Description:

•tUnderstand and follow Safran Landing Systems procedures, operating manuals, work instructions, and standard operating procedures required to support Safran Landing Systems.
•tReceiving and electronically logging in receipt of worn heat stacks, verifying purchase order, part number, quantity, etc.
•tArrange the basket for disk cleaning and support for cleaning bath preparation.
•tLoad and sequence disks to support the production plan for RFPC workshop.
•tAssemble metal hardware to carbon/carbon disks as required for riveting operation.
•tAccurate operation of precision dimensional measuring instruments.
•tPicking, kitting and data entry of daily heat sink delivery.
•tPicking, packing, and data entry of outbound box shipment on a weekly basis.
•tMaintain a clean, safe work environment
•tUtilize data collection systems to accurately document/monitor/track production processes/products.
•tPerform minor preventive equipment maintenance.
•tCommunicate ideas/opportunities for continuous improvement.
•tAdhere and actively participate in Quality, occupational Safety, Health and Environmental policies, Energy policies procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, etc.
•tAdhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities.
•tPerform duties requiring kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 10kg periodically
•tVocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment.
•tSubjected to inside environmental conditions, noise, vibration, oils and other related industrial hazards.
•tWork in/near electro-magnetic fields created by high temperature induction furnaces.
•tPerform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

•\tMinimum diploma or higher degree in any field required.
•\tIntermediate level for Bahasa Malaysia and English for verbal communication, writing and reading.
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/ industrial environment and/or Aerospace Industry and/or Carbon composite manufacturing or equivalent is preferred.
•\tMechanical aptitude and ability to effectively learn and use technical information.
•\tAbility to effectively analyze information and identify root causes to troubleshoot and solve problems.
•\tRequired behavioral dimensions including contributing to team success, planning and organizing, quality orientation and safety orientation.
