Job Title: Radar Repairer
Job Description
As a Radar Repairer, you will troubleshoot radar systems and subassemblies using specialized test equipment. You will be responsible for repairing, removing, and replacing defective components and parts to ensure operational efficiency. Your role includes inspecting, testing, and calibrating radar systems to meet operational specifications. Maintaining equipment logs, calibration records, and modification documentation is essential, as is performing initial and final quality control inspections. You will also install equipment modifications and upgrades and provide technical support to field operations and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot radar systems and subassemblies using specialized test equipment.
- Repair, remove, and replace defective components and parts.
- Inspect, test, and calibrate radar systems to meet operational specifications.
- Maintain equipment logs, calibration records, and modification documentation.
- Perform initial and final quality control inspections.
- Install equipment modifications and upgrades.
- Provide technical support to field operations and other departments.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of signal processing and power systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Marine MOS 5942, Aviation Radar Repair Technician/ Army MOS 94M or 94S, Radar Repairer/Air Force AFSC 2E1X4, Ground Radar Systems.

The pay range for this position is $143000.00 - $169000.00/yr.
