Receptionist - Administration - Part-time
Position Summary
The Receptionist – Administration is responsible for directing Orlando Support Campus guests (OSC), in person, over the telephone, and/or through e-mail, to the appropriate areas throughout the Orlando Support Campus. In addition, the Receptionist supports all OSC based departments to ensure overall support is delivered to all of the OSC Customers.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the Transportation operation with instructional guidance, transportation scheduling and dispatch
- Greet and direct all incoming visitors to the appropriate meeting locations throughout the Orlando Support Campus
- Answer the corporate telephone line for the Orlando Support Campus
- Maintain common student “public” areas and ensure a neat and clean environment
- Support the Training Sales team customers by gathering customer information, verifying required documentation, processing and tracking said information
- Support other OSC departments as approved by Crewleader
- Support new hire orientation experience tasks as assigned
- Perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, etc.
- Provide all OSC customers with a hospitable experience
- Develops and maintains manuals for respective role and review on an annual basis
- All other duties as assigned
