All applicants must be fluent in both English and Croatian. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests
- Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, in line with hotel standards and procedures
- Handling reservations, room allocations, and guest communications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Acting as the main point of contact for guests, responding to requests and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and professional, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests calmly.
- A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Knowledge of MS Office package
