In line with Emirates Group’s ambitious growth plans and global recruitment drive, we are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our Recruitment team. This permanent position is based full-time at our Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global growth journey.
As our Recruitment Partner, Commercial you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of corporate and executive level roles within the Emirates Group. You will utilise our digital recruitment tools and your strong network to proactively attract, interview, and hire high-calibre candidates. You must have experience building and implementing recruitment strategies within an executive search firm or an in-house recruitment team. This role will be within our Commercial recruitment team which manages end-to-end recruitment for executive and corporate positions across a range of functions, including Skywards, SkyCargo, Revenue Optimisation, Retail and Contact Centres, Global Sales, Corporate Communications, Brand & Marketing, Procurement & Logistics, and Facilities, as well as other key business areas.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and secure top talent
- Engage with our hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehensively understand the departments hiring needs and goals
- Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice
- Innovate strategies to attract and pipeline untapped talent
Provide data insights such as market analysis, offers declined and salary comparisons to highlight challenges and recommend solutions to attract candidates
- Utilise digital recruitment tools including Oracle Taleo, Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue
- Design, with support from the Business Psychologist team, appropriate recruitment, and selection methodologies, i.e. case study, assessment centre, digital assessment
- Develop and drive tactical and innovative methods to attract passive candidates, utilising your strong network
- Manage the offer process from closing candidates to extending offers
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends to recommend improvements on best practise and candidate attraction
