In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of high-end aviation seating switches and lighting products for renowned airlines such as Qantas, Etihad, Emirates, and British Airways.
This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team of professionals and to be responsible for the daily fault finding and repair products that come back through the customer returns process in a manner that conforms to the company’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fault find customer returns to determine the root cause and liability of failure.
- Raise work orders and create reports
- Performing the reworking to faulty units.
- Testing of production and afterspanet products.
- Verifying test equipment and set ups prior to the release to production.
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to the Testing Supervisor or the Production Manager in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience:
- Production Assembly Experience: Previous experience working in an Electrical production or assembly environment is essential.
- Experience in production testing environment
- IOS9001 / AS9100 standards knowledge would be highly desirable
- Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Attention to Detail: Capable of maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential.
- The ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
- PC skills are essential
