Join our dynamic Reward team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the how we attract, retain and motivate our people through meaningful reward programmes that reflect our values, drive performance and enhance employee engagement. Reporting directly to the Head of Reward and working closely with the Reward Operations Team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver exceptional reward programmes across the business.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping leaders make informed decisions and ensuring that our reward initiatives align with the organisations goals. What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Reward strategy, as well as executing tactical reward activities. You will lead core reward activities such as annual merit reviews, bonuses, recognition programmes, equal pay audits, salary surveys, job evaluations, benchmarking, and out-of-cycle pay proposals for your functional area.
Additionally, you will lead Reward projects and initiatives, contributing to the development of policies, pay guidelines, and procedures while offering research, analysis, and operational support to various functions.
With your strong stakeholder management skills and your reward expertise you will be invaluable as you provide data-driven insights to support decision-making advise leadership and HRBPs on pay decisions and policy interpretation, addressing compensation related queries from managers. You will provide guidance on benefits, share schemes and pension matters, actively participating in the Pensions & Benefits Governance Committee, and collaborate with the Internal Communications team to design and deliver engaging reward-related communications and training materials.
