The Product Owner (PO) is the primary advocate of the customer and the strategy inside each Agile Team. They are part of the larger Product Management function and maintain alignment with the Solution Vision throughout development. 

•  PO plays a significant role as a member of the larger Product Management team and must participate in the events during Program Increment (PI) planning. 
• PO builds, updates and maintains the team backlog, with updates from all stakeholders and the team.
• Reviewing and ordering the team backlog as a precursor to the Iteration Planning event is the responsibility of the PO. 
• During the Iteration Planning event, the PO gives clarity of user story details and is around to ensure alignment and concurrence on a final iteration plan.
• While the team elaborates on the backlog items and creates stories, the PO keeps track of the flow and maintains priorities.
• During each PI, the PO will connect with other POs to check and coordinate other dependencies, ensuring smooth work progress without any hiccups.

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics , or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through several years of relevant professional experience and continuous training.
• Several years of experience in IT management, application management, service management, software development or product management of IT products.
• Practical experience as a Project manager/Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• SAFe® POPM, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Fluency in German (optional) and English.
• Unrestricted willingness to travel.
