HQ Aero is currently recruiting for STRUCTURES TECHNICIANS in HAYDEN, ID

The Structures Technician will maintain the company's aircraft in a safe and airworthy condition in accordance with the company's maintenance manuals and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Responsibilities:
As a Structures Technician, you will be required to:

  • Perform work on aircraft and components as outlined on corresponding work forms, and in accordance with the manufacturer's Maintenance Manual and the customers' approved maintenance program.
  • Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition; complete all records and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain the company's aircraft in a safe and airworthy condition according to the company maintenance manual and Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Serve as a role model for ethical behavior, maintain a professional and dignified work environment, and promote and support the mission of the customer.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work Environment: FAR Part 135 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of Sheetmetal experience required.
  • Minimum two years of experience on ATR 42's and ATR 72's, preferred.
  • Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Standard Aviation Tool Kit required.
  • Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
