This position will be assigned to the LM RMS Special Access Program (SAP) Security Team at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Arizona. The Security Rep Sr. is responsible for integration and execution of contractor and government security operations, and must be able to prepare, maintain and enforce security policy and procedures within the Special Program environment.
The selected candidate will be an integral part of MCAS Yuma F-35 Security. Must have a thorough knowledge and experience of applicable government and user agency security policies, including National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), the DoD 5205.07 Manuals Volumes 1-4, Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705), and knowledge of the Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
Required knowledge of physical security, access control, classification management, document control and accountability, DD254s, security education and training awareness. Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to work independently, as well as on a complex
team. Be willing to be on-call and be able to respond to the facility in the event of alarm activation or other emergencies. Other duties as assigned.
This is primarily a 1st Shift position; but mission events may require 1st or 2nd shift work and/or a non-standard work schedule to support mission requirements that differ from their primary shift being hired for.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
4. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate.
4. Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
6. Basic knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.
Desired Skills:
1. Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.
2. Experience working with Special Access Programs.
3. Capable of giving large group unclassified and classified briefings to government and contractor personnel.
4. Experience working in a dynamic military environment.
5. Experience interacting with senior ranking USMC commissioned officers and key government stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism.
6. Comfortable making decisions autonomously and successfully operating in a military aviation operations environment. Previous experience in military leadership and decision-making roles would be beneficial.
7. Familiarization with Defense Information Security System (DISS).
8. Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
9. Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Access Control experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
