Description:This position will act as a Program Security Rep (PSR) for the Lockheed Martin, 55316 cage code operating out of the RMS location in Riviera Beach, FL. The chosen candidate will ensure compliance with all regulatory guidance as defined in the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NSIPOM), DoD Manuals, Lockheed Martin Policies, etc.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support and audit security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and Sensitive Information
• Perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DoD collateral classified, Special Access and SCI programs.
• Process clearances and customer visits and provide support for classified meetings
• Escort cleaners and other uncleared personnel into secure spaces
• Work within DISS and NISS Government databases
• Receipt/dispatch of classified material
• Participation in security self-inspections
• Conduct Special Briefings
• Employee Out-processing
• Assist in the development and conducting security education briefings
• Assist leadership in gathering data for Corporate initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
1. Top Secret with SCI eligibility required to start.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) and SCI Accesses.
3. Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.
4. Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to partner with internal and external customers and teammates
Desired Skills:
1. Experience working in SCI and Special Access Programs.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude and considered a self-starter.
3. Experience working with the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, and or ACPSO or ACSSO experience.
4. Experience with Physical Security standards IAW ICD 705.
5. Ability to work well on a team and multi-task in dynamic environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
