Boeing’s SW Maintenance organization is current seeking a Senior Contract Maintenance Analyst (CMA) to join our Facilities Management Center of Expertise (FM CoE) team in Mesa, Arizona .
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
In this role, the Senior CMA will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day site operations within the FM CoE. This position serves as a key liaison between Boeing and the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) provider to ensure delivery of high-quality maintenance services, adherence to contractual obligations, and alignment with operational goals.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and maintenance activities performed by the IFM provider to ensure consistent service delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related issues and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with the IFM team
Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with contractual service levels and performance standards
Engage in invoice review and validation to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with budgetary controls
Support and manage site-level facilities budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring fiscal responsibility
Collaborate with site project teams to ensure facilities operations are effectively integrated into project planning and execution
Maintain data integrity and performance insights through systems such as CMMS (Corrigo) and support continuous improvement initiatives
Provide reporting and updates to FM leadership regarding IFM performance, budget status, and operational risks or escalations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill / Experience)
3+ years of experience in a large construction projects, facilities management and or large project management
Experience developing budgets, schedules, and performance standards
Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 - $159,850
