The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to join the team in Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce solution design, road mapping, and architecture in alignment with enterprise goals and industry best practices
Collaborate with business, technology, and supplier partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Design robust data models, security frameworks, and integration patterns to support scalable implementations
Conduct requirement analysis and provide recommendations on Salesforce features, functionalities, and customizations
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and developers across global teams
Collaborate with Agile teams on project scope, timelines, and resourcing
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and trends; advise on new opportunities for enhancement
Govern enterprise Salesforce implementations with a focus on compliance, security, and data integrity
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Certifications in Salesforce including Architect, Developer, Consultant, Administrator, and/or Design
6+ years of experience with hands-on Salesforce
5+ years of experience in data architecture and designing cross-cloud Salesforce solutions
5+ years of experience delivering integrated systems across Salesforce and external applications
Experience conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving architectural governance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Salesforce Lightning
Experience in data modeling, integration patterns, governance, and security best practices
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and related Salesforce technologies
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses)
Experience communicating clearly with executive-level stakeholders

Summary pay range: $153,000 – $207,000
