Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Job DescriptionThis position is primarily responsible for shipping and receiving, with additional duties such as pulling small parts, assembling kits, and handling materials as per work sheets. You will play a critical role in supporting various departments within the facility by ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials.
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pull parts for production as needed.
- Restock shelves and organize inventory.
- Put away parts onto shelves and maintain order.
- Pick and pack items with appropriate labels for shipping.
- Handle shipping needs and coordinate logistics.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and walk through the facility to locate parts.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and stage them in designated areas.
- Count parts and track inventory using basic computer software.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
- Experience with forklift operation.
- Ability to utilize and navigate through basic computer software.
- Capability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience in assembling is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail and counting experience.

Work Environment
You will work indoors at a well-kept manufacturing facility. The role requires standing and physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Dress code is appropriate for a warehouse setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
