We are seeking a Shipping Associate II to support daily packaging, material movement, and shipping operations within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Receive, offload, and sort incoming packages and materials
Package and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer and carrier requirements
Process pack slips and shipping transactions within ERP systems
Perform visual inspections of materials to ensure accuracy and quality
Scan, pick, and build kits for manufacturing operations
Maintain inventory of packaging materials and shipping supplies
Follow work instructions related to packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements
Support cross-functional teams across manufacturing and operations
Train and assist less experienced team members as needed
Ensure compliance with special handling requirements such as cure dates or shelf life restrictions
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with Lean and 5S practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of shipping, receiving, stockroom, or warehouse experience
Experience working with ERP systems for material transactions or shipping documentation
Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems such as Maximo or similar platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and packaging specifications
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders as required during the workday
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Familiarity with Lean or 5S practices
Basic blueprint interpretation experience
