Full-Time Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM Air‑Conditioned Facility $17/hr

In this role, you’ll be the last quality checkpoint before parts head out to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Packing and preparing parts for shipment following company and aviation industry standards
• Making sure every part is protected, preserved, and damage‑free
• Reviewing customer instructions and ATA SPEC 300 packaging guidelines
• Creating accurate shipping documents (including air waybills)
• Coordinating carrier pickups and managing shipment timelines
• Ensuring all required documents travel with the shipment
• Uploading photos and documents into our system for each order
• Working closely with our Pre‑Ship team to resolve issues quickly
• Assisting with special projects when needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with domestic and international shipping regulations
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar carrier systems
• Confidence using computers, shipping software, and inventory tools
• A sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• HazMat certification
• Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping programs
• Exposure to aviation, logistics, or warehouse environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
