Join our team as a Solderer where you will perform precision hand-soldering of wires, leads, and connectors to printed circuit boards (PCBs) in accordance with J-STD-001 Level 2 workmanship standards. You will ensure high-reliability solder joints using soldering irons and tools under magnification, and perform rework and touch-ups to correct defects.

- Prepare wires and components including stripping, tinning, and solder termination per documented requirements.
- Use soldering irons and tools under magnification to produce high-reliability solder joints.
- Perform solder rework and touch-up to correct defects and meet J-STD-001 Level 2 criteria.
- Identify, document, and report solder defects or non-conformances.
- Maintain consistent solder quality across repetitive production tasks.
- Follow written, verbal, and pictorial work instructions and quality requirements precisely.
- Conduct self-inspection of solder joints against J-STD-001 Level 2 acceptance criteria prior to quality review.
- Document soldering work, inspections, and rework as required by work orders and quality procedures.
- Adhere to all ESD, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
