Spécialiste en interaction Homme/machine pour la gestion de portfolio de projet digitaux (H/F)

Job Description:

• Conduire des entretiens d’exploration du besoin

• Être capable d’avoir une analyse business fine

• Savoir déconstruire les notions clés d’un projet digital (recherche bibliographique, out of the box thinking)

• Définir le périmètre des projets, synthèse du besoin, architecture fonctionnelle. 

• Être le garant du besoin humain/métier (ergonomie cognitive, relation Humain/machine)

• Stakeholder management: Influencer, convaincre, fédérer  

• Estimer les coûts et efforts

• Participer à la conduite du changement et à propager la culture du digital

• Docteur en Interaction Homme/machine

• A minima 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire

• Culture digitale, connaissance en développement

• Des connaissances en Intelligence Artificielle serait un plus

• Capacité à animer une réunion

• Orientation client/ aisance relationnelle

• Leadership                                                                                                  

• Facilitateur / Sens de la médiation

• Projection et prise de décision
