None/Not RequiredWe are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Analyst, Materials, Planning, and SIOP to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this critical role, you will lead demand forecasting, materials planning, and inventory optimization efforts to support our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Leveraging advanced data analysis, ERP tools, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll play a key role in aligning supply with demand, improving forecast accuracy, and driving operational efficiency—especially within a fast-paced afterspanet environment.

What You Will Do:
Advanced Forecasting & Demand Planning: Lead demand forecasting using historical data, spanet trends, and customer insights to support SIOP and afterspanet planning accuracy.
Data & Statistical Analysis: Perform complex data analysis and apply statistical modeling techniques (e.g., R, Python, SAS) to identify trends and improve forecast precision.
Inventory Optimization & Material Planning: Manage inventory levels to balance material availability with cost efficiency, reducing excess and supporting production needs.
Supply Chain & Procurement Strategy: Contribute to supply chain and procurement planning initiatives by delivering actionable insights and supporting strategic alignment.
ERP & Planning Systems: Operate within ERP and planning platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis) to manage materials planning and demand signals.
Excel & Data Visualization: Build advanced Excel models and create dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate key performance indicators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, finance, operations, and commercial teams to align supply and demand across functions and support the SIOP process.
Strategic & Long-Term Planning: Support development of mid- to long-range supply and demand plans that align with business goals and spanet conditions.
Problem-Solving & Decision Support: Address complex planning challenges using data-driven solutions and provide recommendations to drive operational improvements.
Communication & Adaptability: Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership, while adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on forecasting
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
Experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience working with ERP systems
Background in an afterspanet environment
Proven planning and scheduling experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
