The Lockheed Martin Chief Data and Analytics Office is seeking an experienced data architect to support business transformation.

The successful candidate will serve as the Senior level Data Architect to support the MBE and Sustainment ERP Product teams in the agile build work that is taking place in support of LM business transformation. In addition to working with the product build teams the data architect will collaborate with both the Chief ERP and MBE Data Architects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Support data architecture decomposition assessments and design/build decisions for the Lockheed Martin business transformation program, focusing on value streams and processes related to production lifecycle management.
 Define and drive enterprise-level data architecture standards to support business process transformations and system development and implementation in areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
 Experience in SAP with a concentrated focus on modules connected to the Design to Sustain and Concept to Product value stream(s)
 Define and develop enterprise-wide data domains, support data domain stewards, and consult across the enterprise on federated data architecture solutions.
 Apply systems engineering and systems architecture disciplines to data strategy implementation and operations
 Support data strategy implementation activities such as data governance, master and reference data management, metadata management, data security, data quality, and data interoperability.
 Support the documentation and delivery of data artifacts/ architecture documentation needed to support program activity (e.g. build design documents) and enterprise documentation
 Be able to lead data related discussions as needed with cross functional teams and stakeholders
 Collaborate with ERP and CDAO Build/delivery teams to provide timely status on requirements and deliverables necessary to meet program build scope and schedules.

Basic Qualifications:
Please possess the following required skills and ensure your resume and application reflect this experience:

-Proven data architect experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

- Proven data architecture experience with ERP digital threads across the Design, Build, Sustain value chain to achieve a Model Based Enterprise.

-US Citizenship is required for this role due to sensitive DoD related systems access

-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.

-Proven experience with defining and implementing data and information architecture in an SAP environment.

-Proven experience with systems engineering and systems architecture

-Experience building data models

-Proven experience harmonizing systems, processes, and/or data across multiple business areas and functions

- Proven experience with data governance standards and practices
Desired Skills:
 Proven experience with defining and implementing data and information architecture in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

 Experience with frameworks and standards such as Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Open Applications Group Integration Specification (OAGIS), APQC process classification frameworks (PCF), Quality Information Framework (QIF), ISO 10303 / STEP, etc.

 Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler / Systems Modeling Language (SysML)

 Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) techniques and platforms

 Experience with Extract, Transfer, and Load (ETL) and Data Engineering

 Experience with SAP data tools/platforms such as Master Data Governance (MDG), Information Steward, HANA, Data Services, etc.

 Experience with data catalog and business glossary platforms

 Experience with System of Systems (SoS) architecture

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, and New York is $148,200 - $279,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $128,900 - $247,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
