Position Summary

Conduct real-time layered analysis of data from a variety of collection assets, delivers intelligence products during the execution of combat and sustainment operations. Conducts sensor control and will communicate that information to ground force commanders during the execution of decisive operations. Consult with program engineers as required to plan and execute operations in a manner commensurate with operational capabilities. Understanding system operation and employment tactics, techniques, and procedures to optimize system employment. Provide support to management on an as required basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for partner nations on Primary Mission Equipment including EO/IR sensor, maritime radar, and communications suite.
  • Utilize effective instructional techniques to ensure thorough understand of all facets of airborne ISR collections and competency in each phase of flight.
  • Tailor POIs and lesson plans for associated training requirements outlined in the SOW.
  • Provide instruction to a level that enables ASOs to perform unassisted flight operations IAW contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress to include any associated milestone outlined in the SOW and or instructional documents.
  • Emphasize and enforce strict safety protocols throughout the duration of the mission to minimize risk to personnel, assets, and equipment.
  • Make recommendations for certification of host nation personnel IAW the Statement of Work.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must possess strong briefing skills and be able to instruct students on multiple integrated technological systems
  • Must have in depth knowledge of maritime radar systems in similar configurations.
  • Candidate must be willing/capable of traveling to/from Columbo, Sri Lanka with a minimum duration of 90 days.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 10 years of professional experience

Other Qualifications:

  • Must possess and/or be eligible to possess a Secret clearance
  • Must be able to maintain a US passport and Sri Lankan Visa
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a FAA Class III flight physical
  • Must be willing and able to complete Altitude Chamber training every 5 years.
  • Candidate must be willing/capable of traveling to/from Columbo, Sri Lanka with a minimum duration of 90 days.
  • Candidate must successfully pass pre-deployment screening and remain medically cleared at all times while employed or face potential termination from the contract.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building partner capacity and training host nation personnel.
  • Recent experience (within 24 months) as a Mission Systems Operator (MSO) supporting Maritime Domain Awareness operations.
  • 7 years of ISR operations-related experience
  • Previous USAF, USA or USN formal course instructor (BIC, ABIC, etc)
