QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
A Minimum of a College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Food Preparation/ Food and Beverage Service/Hotels Management from a recognised catering institute with a minimum of 3 years work experience on a similar position at a big-scale catering production hotel.
NB: COC Certificate is mandatory,
