We are currently seeking experienced colleagues to join the training programs within the Directorate of Training at Turkish Airlines, specifically in the field of aviation ground operations.
Application Requirements for All Roles
• Must be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye or a Blue Card holder,
• Born on or after January 1st, 1990,
• Graduated from a 4-year undergraduate program,
*Candidates who graduated from universities abroad must provide a YÖK Equivalency Certificate.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the relevant roles,
• Proficient in English,
*English language tests will be conducted by Turkish Airlines Inc.
• No criminal record or criminal archive record,
• No history of disciplinary termination from previous employers,
• Not previously dismissed from Turkish Airlines Inc. or its subsidiaries.
General Qualifications for All Roles:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Capable of delivering both in-person and live online training sessions in Turkish and English,
• Proactive, attentive to detail, and able to take initiative when necessary,
• High level of attention and sense of responsibility,
• Passionate about providing learner-centered training,
• Willing to work with technical documentation and aviation regulations,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Open to travel,
• Follows current developments in training methods, tools, and technologies,
• Well-organized, with strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills,
• Eager to pursue a career in the field of training.

• Evaluation stages include: eligibility screening, online aptitude and English tests, video-based competency assessment, online English proficiency evaluation, personality inventory, face-to-face HR and technical interviews, and classroom training simulations. Additional evaluation tools may be applied if necessary.
• Location: Istanbul
• Work hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, office-based with flexible hours).
• According to our Company’s procedures, people with 4 years or more of working experience are considered "experienced employees".
