Key Responsibilities:
The expected duties and related activities for the Tech Calibration Associate/CSA Mechanic include, but are not limited to, the support of production needs at the Stuart Facility, including -
Support daily servicing, repair, maintenance, and setup of MOP’s (Manufacturing Organization Procedures) per the appropriate operation sheets.
Servicing of pneumatic & hydraulic equipment identified and returned from production to support activities.
Perform preventative maintenance on wear components.
Maintain equipment inventories of both portable durable tools and replacement parts required for maintenance efforts.
Servicing equipment includes, but is not limited to, the following types of maintenance:
Check for leaks, add to fluid level(s) and/or change fluid if needed, and bleed motor as required.
Check shift pressure per the manufacturer’s specifications on pneumatic–hydraulic fastener installation tools.
Cycle/test equipment prior to releasing it to the production floor.
Check speeds, feeds, stroke settings, and cutting tool changes where applicable and per the associated document (i.e., MOP).
Check for cutting tool and bushing wear, speeds, and feeds per applicable documents if the small tool is creating an oversized hole condition.

Profile and other information related to the position
Basic Skills and Requirements:
High School Diploma or accredited GED
Ability to understand tool breakout specifications with the ability to disassemble and reassemble components as needed.
Must be able to utilize basic measurement tools such as scale, caliper, and micrometer for measuring, verification, and setup.
Understand basic principles of hydraulics and pneumatics, along with the dangers of each.
Understand the methods required for production floor assembly mechanics.
Have proficient understanding of computer usage to include basic navigation and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work all shifts and all required overtime, including weekends, as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.
Frequent use of hands for various tasks.
Standing, walking, reaching, and stooping regularly.
Maintain steady hand-eye coordination.
Reach in all directions and in potentially awkward positions.
Effective communication skills and ability to hear.

Salary Range - $19.57-$23.69/hour commensurate with experience
