The Technical Driver Attendant will report to the Engineer III- Line or Heavy Maintenance. The selected candidate will transport, receive, check, sort and assist in distributing company supplies/aircraft spares, equipment, supplies and personnel from hangar to ramp to meet maintenance demands and also support technical personnel in specific tasks.

- Provides relevant information, advice and direction that will ensure the continued serviceability or return to service of aircraft within the specified timeframe as stipulated by the Line Manager.
- Provides sound and effective advice and recommendations to ensure the achievement of operational goals and standards.
- 100 success in achieving reliability targets for all aircraft types.
- Contributes to On Time Performance (OTP) improvement, targeted at 85.
- Maintains qualified status and keeps current in all aspects of mandatory training.
- Contributes to the reduction of Quality Audit findings by ensuring adherence to the approved company procedures.
Customer Service Delivery:
- Maintains the CAL standard for customer service to both internal and external customers by placing a keen interest in understanding and effectively resolving issues in a professional and result-oriented manner, is performance driven and exceeds service level expectations.
Relationship Management:
- Builds, develops, and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
- Complies with the Company’s internal policies and procedures and local and international regulatory requirements.
- Keeps current and complies with updates and training in Dangerous Goods Regulations to ensure the safe, secure handling and transport of dangerous and hazardous substances and the protection of life, property and the environment.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- A minimum of three (3) CXC/CSEC/GCE Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
- A valid driver’s permit: class IV (Heavy T).
