JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical Officer – PLM

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and submit repair cost reports to the Finance department for insurance processing
    1. Collect and verify repair estimates, invoices, and supporting documents
    2. Maintain detailed records of all claims, repairs, and communications
    3. Liaise with on-site team, MRO, etc… for accurate cost reporting to Finance for insurance processing
    4. Identify and escalate discrepancies or delays in claim processing

  1. Maintaining trackers for Taxation documents, Contracts’ validity, etc…
    1. Maintain and regularly update trackers for taxation documents (e.g., Form 10F, TRC, TRD, etc…)
    2. Monitor contract validity dates and alert relevant stakeholders for renewals or expirations
    3. Coordinate with vendor teams to collect and verify documentation
    4. Generate periodic reports on document status and contract timelines
    5. Identify gaps or delays in documentation and escalate as needed

  1. Coordinating with respective teams for nominations for C-Check and lease return projects
    1. Coordinate with Line Maintenance, QA&TS, and PLM teams to gather nominations for scheduled C-Checks and lease return projects
    2. Maintain and update trackers for nominations

  1. Preparation of Dashboards
    1. Generate visual reports and summaries for review
    2. Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g., AMOS, vendor teams)
    3. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data reporting
    4. Automate recurring reports and improve dashboard efficiency using tools like Power BI, or Excel
    5. Maintain documentation of data sources and reporting processes
