Maintenance & Engineering
Purpose of position
Support the M&E Training Team to create efficient and effective trainings by using the most appropriate training methods responding to the different needs, ensuring that all technical staff is trained in line with regulations.
Conduct and define theoretical courses and practical instructions to certifying and non-certifying staff. Perform assessments of candidate employees/contractors and follow-up of the experience evolution.
Main tasks & responsibilities
Training:
- Teach internal courses on various topics (MOE, CAME, Human Factors, etc)
- Build trainings using the right format responding to the different needs
- Follow-up on the realization of trainings and make sure that certification database is correctly updated
- Compile questions for examination banks
- Update training database
- Build CBT’s (Computer based training), make sure they are up-to-date
- Ensure the trainings and examinations are conducted in a manner that complies with all relevant requirements.
Internships and new joiners:
- Introduction and follow-up internships
- Training of new hired technicians and follow-up their evolution throughout the different stages in their career
- Perform assessments of students and candidate employees/contractors
Your profile
- Technical Higher Secondary Education
- 7 years of experience as performer, of which at least 2-3 years as B1 or B2 technician (Holder of a part-66 license) or equivalent by experience, but having passed the examinations on the Part-66 basic modules
- Good knowledge of EASA procedures
- Languages: fluent English, Dutch and/or French is a plus
- MS-Office
- Didactical skills
- Good communicator
- Team player
- Stress resistant
