Position Detail Technician - ISC-Mfg – Oil Filling
Qualification ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related field.
Experience required 3 years and above
Job Summary
The Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining the hydraulic automatic oil filling machine at the oil filling station. This role ensures accurate filling, quality compliance, and smooth functioning of the equipment to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Operate hydraulic automatic oil filling machines as per standard operating Sheet (SOS).
2. Monitor machine parameters and ensure correct oil quantity is filled in each unit.
3. Check oil levels and verify compliance with quality standards.
4. Report any deviations or defects immediately to the supervisor.
5. Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance on the filling machine.
6. Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or hydraulic issues.
7. Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs.
8. Follow all safety guidelines related to hydraulic systems and oil handling.
9. Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a clean work environment.
10. Record daily production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
11. Maintain logs for oil usage and wastage.
