As a Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring production processes run smoothly, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing our manufacturing efficiency and ensuring the highest quality of our products.
Responsibilities
1.Hands on experience in GTAW welding, Laser welding and welding automation. Candidate should be able to do welding with automation setup independently.
2. Familiar with welding metallurgies like SS 316 , Hastelloy, Ni alloys.
3.Knowledge of working of welding machines, Argon plus Hydrogen gas flow systems, He leak testing, welding torches, ceramics, nozzles, tungsten sharpeners and automation systems.
Qualifications
1.Candidates having experience of welding automation in clean room environment (10K class) will be preferred.
2. Candidates with knowledge of cleaning processes and handling, maintaining ultrasonically clean parts during welding will be preferred.
3. Knowledge of cutting, polishing and etching of welded metal specimens
4. Handling of microscopes for weld geometry evaluations.
Preferred Industries - Aerospace , Pressure vessel, Piping , Oil and Gas, Precision Welding etc.
Qualification ITI – Welding / Diploma Mech / Production
Experience required 3 years and above
