Job Description:
- To produce a consistently high-quality product in line with production paperwork whilst maintaining alignment with quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- To be certified as competent in the required skills as identified by the area skills matrix.
- To undertake production activities in the required timescale in line with the production plan.
Perform surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, masking...) and treatment (Primer, chromates and REACH equivalent) for protection and strength.
Perform surface protection or anticorrosive treatments (mechanical and chemical). Perform first level Quality inspection.
Inputs: Raw materials, tools, standards parts and components, documentation (technical instruction, work order and job card) and Health, Safety and Environment rules. Outputs: Mechanical elementary parts ready for assembly and integration.
