About the Role:
We are seeking qualified Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our Engineering & Maintenance team.
A valid RTR (Radio Telephony Restricted) License is mandatory for this position, as it enables the candidate—assisting our Licensed AMEs—to carry out aircraft taxiing & towing operations by maintaining radio communication with ATC.
In addition, you will assist Licensed AMEs in maintenance activities including scheduled/unscheduled checks, defect rectification, troubleshooting, and documentation, ensuring full compliance with company & DGCA regulations.
- Support taxiing and towing of aircraft using RTR License for ATC communication, in coordination with Licensed AMEs.
- Assist in aircraft maintenance (scheduled & unscheduled) including inspections, troubleshooting, and servicing.
- Perform servicing and defect rectification as per maintenance manuals and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate technical logs and documentation.
- Assist in aircraft marshalling, towing, and ground handling activities.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Adhere to safety procedures, company SOPs, and DGCA regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous skill development and technical training.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) from a DGCA-approved institute / CAR-147 BMTO.
- Valid RTR (Radio Telephony Restricted) License – Mandatory.
- (Preferred): DGCA Paper 1 & 2 cleared or must possess all DGCA Modules, preferably B2 Cadre.
- Good knowledge of aircraft systems, manuals, and maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Computer literacy (AMOS or equivalent software preferred).
