Technology Support Specialist I

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Technology Support Specialist for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Location: Onsite in Columbia, SC
Duration: 12 months; W2 position
Work authorization: Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level (Public Trust) security clearance.
Schedule: Could range anywhere from 6:30am to 8:00pm

Project summary:

Maintain phone call support for customers.
Actively resolve the day-to-day technical needs of customers by managing problems and solutions.

Preferred work experience:

1 year of technical call center experience

Education/equivalency:

Associate degree or higher-level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree;
OR, 2 years of job-related work experience.
