Responsibilites:
- Sales of business and personal travel on scheduled flights
- Customer service
- Answering inquiries by phone and e-mail
- Publication of travel documents and invoicing
Requriments:
- An education fit for purpose
- Knowledge in Amadeus booking system is necessary
- Experience with Davinci system is beneficial
- Full professional proficiency in Icelandic and English
- Travel experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exemplary service orientation
- Positive mindset and high motivation
- Good general computer knowledge
