Warehouse Forklift Operator – Join a Leading Distributor in Plumbing & Industrial Supply!
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Role SummaryPDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading U.S. distributor in plumbing supplies, PVF, waterworks, HVAC equipment, and industrial products to hire a dependable Warehouse Forklift Operator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and distributed to support smooth warehouse operations. Your work directly impacts inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency.
What You’ll Do Day-to-DayLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials (6+ months experience required)
Receive incoming products and place them in designated racking locations
Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling and storage procedures
Pick and stage product quantities based on work orders and instructions
Perform warehouse housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized
Use hand tools as needed for basic material handling tasks
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company operating procedures
Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts
Required QualificationsMinimum 6 months recent sit-down forklift experience
At least 6 months recent warehouse experience
Ability to read and understand work orders and follow directions
No more than a 3-month gap in employment history
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently without assistance
High School Diploma or GED required
Must pass forklift assessment and background check (no exceptions)
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with inventory or material handling systems
Experience in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments
Familiarity with hand tools and basic maintenance tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in small teams

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
