🕒 Shift: 1st Shift Monday–Friday 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM

Join a dynamic team assembling wire harnesses for leading Aerospace and Defense companies. As a Kitter, you’ll be responsible for picking components, assembling kits per work orders, maintaining inventory, and preparing kits for production. Your ERP expertise will ensure accurate data recording and inventory management.

• Pick components and assemble kits according to work orders.
• Maintain inventory and record data accurately using ERP systems.
• Prepare kits for production following safety protocols.
• Handle small parts and manage hundreds of components efficiently.

• Experience with ERP systems for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to lift and move materials.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and safety protocols.

Bonus Skills:

• Proficient computer skills.
• Effective communication.
• Previous warehouse experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
