Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as warehouse workers. This position involves working in both the warehouse and ramp crew, where you will be responsible for handling and organizing packages. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in a regulated and governed facility.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages from freight containers.
• Load packages into freight containers.
• Stage packages for pick up from the main entity.
• Handle lifting of up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Work 100 in the warehouse.
• Participate in unloading containers and loose freight from aircraft.
• Marshall tugs and k-loaders around aircraft.
• Provide warehouse support once aircraft are unloaded.
• Work 50 outside and 50 inside.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience in unloading, loading, warehouse, shipping, or receiving.
• Prior work history involving similar duties is acceptable.

Work Environment

Employees will work in a hanger/warehouse-style environment, supporting the new Amazon AIR facility. The facility is strategically located near major airports to aid in the shipping of Amazon products. Shift hours vary, with options for both warehouse and ramp roles, and employees are expected to work weekends. Scheduling is based on seniority, and employees can express preferences for their days off. The role offers 40 hours per week, with potential opportunities for overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
