Working in training planning is certainly never boring: alongside scheduling long-term training requests, time-critical planning adjustments are also part of our daily business. 

The role specifically involves the following tasks:

• System-based planning and management of training schedules
• Flexible adaptation of courses to meet customer requirements as well as operational needs
• Operational analysis and evaluation of (new) requests
• Managing, planning, and optimizing customer requests with the aim of maximizing the profitable utilization of our training resources
• Supporting the CoreWorks project (e.g. transferring data between different planning systems or supporting test phases)
• Taking on special tasks as required (e.g. providing support in local training administration)

• Ongoing enrollment for the anticipated period of employment, preferably in the field of business administration, business informatics, or a comparable course of study
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Excellent organizational skills and planning aptitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
• IT affinity (e.g. MS Office, planning tools)
• Fluent German and good English skills
