Workstation Support Technician

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Workstation Support Technician for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Location: Partial onsite in Columbia, SC.
Schedule: Onsite Tues., Wed., and Thurs., and as needed
Duration: 12 months, W2 position

Position summary:

Manage and work software deployment queue in ServiceNow.
Facilitate engagement with Procurement/Contracts team as needed.
Reconcile assets on set schedule.
Provide status updates to requestors as required.
Has strong customer communication skills.
Adaptable to changes.

The team:

The Workstation Support Technician will be a member of a team consisting of 8 operational members and a mix of tenured and mid-level team members.

Required technologies:

ServiceNow
ICD
Microsoft Office suite

Nice to have:

Azure
A+ Certification

Required education/equivalencies:

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
OR, 2 years job-related work experience
