A well-established aviation services provider is seeking a hands-on Aircraft Painter to support all phases of aircraft painting. This role involves surface prep, masking, sealing, priming, painting, and final detailing, all while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Looking to fill 1st shift, 2nd shift, and Weekend shift positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare aircraft by masking surfaces and applying sealers
• Clean and sand surfaces prior to stripping and painting
• Apply etch and anti-corrosion coatings
• Paint both interior and exterior aircraft surfaces
• Polish, detail, and perform final finishing of paint
• Create stencils, mix paint, and apply stripes/insignias
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• 5+ years of experience in automotive or aircraft painting (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain AOA badge
• Strong teamwork skills, willingness to mentor others
• Good communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness
• High-quality workmanship and a proactive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:
