Aircraft Painter

Job Description:

Key responsibilities

Surface preparation: Clean, sand, and mask aircraft surfaces to prepare them for painting, and remove old paint or other coatings as needed.
Paint application: Mix paints and primers to the correct color and consistency, and apply them using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve a smooth, uniform finish.
Quality control: Inspect the finished work to ensure it meets all company and regulatory standards for quality, thickness, and appearance.
Customization: Apply logos, lettering, or other designs according to blueprints and specifications.
Maintenance and safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keep equipment in good condition, and comply with all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Requirements:

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and hand-eye coordination are essential.
Familiarity with various painting techniques and equipment is necessary.
Understanding of safety and regulatory requirements is crucial.
3 - 5 years of general aviation/corporate aviation experience
