- Minimum of six (6) months of related experience
- Experience may include surface preparation or painting of industrial, automotive, or aviation products
- Ability to understand and apply directives related to surface preparation and taping layouts
- Aviation paint experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform the following essential physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Onsite Work: 100%
- Vision: Ability to read computer screens, documents, reports, and engineering drawings
- Hearing: Ability to hear conversations and production floor sounds, including alarms and safety warnings
- Speaking: Ability to communicate clearly in conversations and meetings
- Equipment Operation: Ability to operate office equipment and production tools, including hydraulic lifts
- Carrying/Lifting: Ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs / 14 kgs
- Pushing/Pulling: Ability to push/pull small equipment, tools, and office furniture
- Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods when working or in meetings
- Standing: Ability to stand on the production floor or while working on aircraft
- Squatting/Kneeling: Ability to squat or kneel for taping components and retrieving materials
- Walking: Ability to walk through office and production areas, including uneven surfaces
- Travel: Not required

Required PPE includes, but is not limited to:
- Safety shoes
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
- Respirators or masks
- Protective gloves
