Summary and Objective
The Operations Strategy Analyst Intern will support strategic and operational initiatives within a Part 145 FAA-certified MRO Paint Shop. This role focuses on analyzing performance data, improving operational efficiency, and supporting planning efforts to increase throughput by 50. The intern will work cross-functionally with production, planning, quality, and leadership teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improving paint shop performance (e.g., cycle time, capacity utilization, labor efficiency).

Required education and experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, pivot tables); familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
