* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in mechanical, manufacturing, or paint preparation work
* Ability to follow work instructions and technical procedures

* Auto body or refinishing experience Job Duties & Functions
* Work safely around aircraft while supporting paint shop operations.
* Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting, including masking, surface preparation, chemical stripping, and cleaning in accordance with FAA regulations.
* Mix and apply paint and coating materials using electrostatic and HVLP equipment.
* Apply livery masks in accordance with engineering designs.
* Operate machinery safely around aircraft and within the paint shop environment.
* Use, handle, and dispose of chemicals and materials safely in accordance with state regulations. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds during work activities.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform walking, balancing, bending, reaching, and handling tasks.
* Ability to climb ladders, sit, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, crawl, and perform overhead work when required.
