1．有1-2年喷漆操作经验，熟练掌握喷漆工艺流程2．熟悉喷枪、喷房等设备的操作与日常维护3．工作认真负责，注重细节，有较强的质量意识4．能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作主动5．高中/中专以上学历，有机械加工背景者佳6．愿意学习喷漆岗位，动手能力强，吃苦耐劳者也可考虑
