Pay Rate: $21.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)

About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. This entry-level position plays a critical role in producing top-quality aircraft seating components. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a high-performance environment where precision, teamwork, and safety drive success.
What You’ll DoOperate powder coating equipment efficiently and safely under supervision.
Follow work orders and standard procedures to complete coating tasks.
Inspect coated parts to meet quality standards and specifications.
Support inventory management by ensuring materials and supplies are available.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Be available for overtime as needed to meet production goals.
What You’ll BringRequired:
High School Diploma or equivalent
0–1 year of experience in a powder coating or manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills
Ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering drawings
Commitment to wearing PPE and following safety protocols
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Familiarity with masking, hanging, coating, and inspecting parts

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
