As a CJ2 Captain, youll command flights in compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, ensuring the seamless operation of private charters from planning to touchdown. Responsibilities:
Lead flight assignments with safety, security, and compliance at the forefront.
Evaluate and confirm crew readiness, including rest and appropriate attire.
Plan and organize flight operations, including analyzing weather conditions, operating procedures, and special instructions.
Conduct or oversee thorough preflight inspections and prepare flight plans.
Validate aircraft readiness, loading, and weight compliance, and secure all necessary flight documentation.
Operate the aircraft within prescribed safety guidelines, maintaining favorable altitudes and ensuring passenger comfort.
Ensure the flights operational compliance with company policies, adhering to all applicable regulations.
Report public health risks and unlawful interference promptly.
Remain informed of airport operations, weather forecasts, and fuel requirements.
Requirements:
ATP MEL with at least 3,000 total flying hours.
1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) in turbo jets preferred.
525 type rating with 100 hours in type preferred.
Current First-Class Medical Certificate.
Reside or willingness to relocate within a one-hour drive of Capital City Airport (KCXY), Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
